Caroline is a Berlin-based writer, editor, and project manager who gets fired up about challenging hegemonic knowledge systems through bodily modes of perception. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Arts in Visual Culture having studied at New York University, Københavns Universitet, and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
Caroline comes from a background of working in contemporary art and has been employed at Galleri Susanne Ottesen, Copenhagen, for five years and written for DIS Magazine. She has also been engaged in multiple art and culture festivals, among them transmediale and Trailerpark.
Her current projects outside of the organisation include researching, writing, and editing a three-volume catalogue raisonné on Per Kirkeby’s brick sculptures, the first of which was published by Verlag der Buchhandlung Walther König in 2019.
